Policies and General Information

Menu Prices and Attendance Guarantees
A confirmation of guaranteed attendance is required five business days prior to arrival. Once guaranteed, no decrease will be permitted. Group will be responsible for full quoted price even if guarantee is not met.

Deposits
A 50% Deposit on all catering services is required 30 days prior to the event. Full Payment is due upon arrival. Cash is preferred, check or money order accepted.

Payments
Payments for all catering services must be paid to Mona Trenae.

Cancellation and Refunds
If written notice of cancellation is received up to 10 days prior to the event there will be a 50% catering services refund. If written cancellation is not received 10 days or more prior to the event, the entire Food and Beverage Deposit will be forfeited with no refund.

Tables and Chairs
Equipment such as tables and chairs are not included in any of the quoted prices. Additional charges for the rental and transport of equipment will be determined on a per event basis.

Service Charge
A twenty percent service charge will be added to all catering services. This pays for all transport costs, fuel, event planning, organizing and staffing.

Price Changes
Menu pricing is based on the cost of food at time of quote. Due to constant fluctuation of wholesale food prices, we are unable to guarantee prices more than sixty days prior to the function. At that time, the quoted price will be guaranteed.

Children's Pricing
Special pricing is available for children six through ten. There is no charge for children five and under. Arrangements for children of all ages must be made at the time of attendance guarantee.

Special Dietary Requests
Chef requires at least 5 days notice for special dietarty requests. Based upon additional dietary requests, extra costs will be incurred.
