WHERE DO I START?

HOW DO I DECIDE MY MENU?

Chef Mona will work with you to create a menu that is tailored specifically to your liking. If you aren’t clear about which direction you want to take your menu, we will gladly assist you in that process.**Please discuss food allergies or dietary restrictions any guests may have.

WHAT MENU STYLE AM I LOOKING FOR?

BUFFET:

A popular service choice, this option helps keep personnel costs in line and is a good opportunity to offer a variety of menu choices to appeal to all tastes and preferences. Best for parties of 30 plus

SEATED/PLATED:

There are couple options for seated meals: family style, or plated. For family style, your guests are presented with smaller platters of foods which are shared among groups of 4-8. Plated dinners are pre plated and served beautifully.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

As catering services involve much more than just the food, it is important when determining cost to consider all of the factors that go into producing a successful and memorable event.

Each event is entirely unique, and we cannot put a single price tag on what it would cost for us to cater your event.

BARTENDERS?

Yes, we are capable of providing all necessary staff to set up, run and break down your event.

HOW MANY STAFF DO I NEED AND HOW LONG ARE THEIR SHIFTS?

The total number of staff will vary according to the size of your menu, the style of service you choose, and the complexity of your event production. about one server

WHAT BEVERAGES DO I PLAN ON SERVING AT THE BAR?

Typical bar may consist of: Bottled Water, Sparkling Water, Wine, Champagne, Frozen Drinks, Beer, Mixed Drinks. We do not include pricing or buying of alcohol in our service price.

WHAT RENTAL EQUIPMENT/FURNISHINGS DO I NEED?

Items to keep in mind are guest tables, buffet and bar tables, tenting, lighting, audio visual, etc. Many venues have tables and chairs, but if they do not, we can refer you to a rental company.

WHAT TYPES OF FURNISHINGS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Round seating is the best way to divide a group into well thought spaces. Rectangle seating is the most common way to seat guests. 8' fits 10 guests with 2 on the ends and 6' fits 8 with 2 on the ends.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ORDER FROM MON AMI CATERING?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least five days before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments. Please note that we consider all orders final four days before the scheduled event date and are not able to make any changes after this time.

WHEN IS MY FINAL GUEST COUNT DUE?

7 days prior to the event date. Price may be adjusted if guest count decreases by more than 10%.
